The 151st Air Refueling Wing of the Yotha Air National Guard of the United States provided humanitarian equipment and other humanitarian assistance to Nepal on August 31 with the support of the Denton Program for Donations to the US Transportation Command, according to the US Embassy in Kathmandu.
US Ambassador to Nepal Randy Berry has said that the United States has been assisting Nepal since the beginning of the epidemic. He also said that the United States stood by Nepal in every crisis and epidemic.
He said the provision of various equipment and vaccines to Nepal in the fight against the Corona epidemic was proof that the United States was with Nepal to solve every problem in time.
The Yotha National Guard is made up of two branches of the US military. National Air Security and National Military Security Guard. It is working to expand ties with the American community and with different countries.
