Small Former Minister Prabhu Sah has said that the current system has failed.
Addressing the IT Army’s Siraha district meeting held in Lahan on Thursday, former minister Sah said that the current system was completely distorted and failure had led to instability in the country.
He said that the country has been held hostage by keeping provisions like nowhere else in the world in the constitution on the basis of quota.
He said that the parties have only fulfilled their vested interests by including in the constitution provisions that may not be appropriate in any way in the context of Nepal, but the country is suffering a great loss. Stating that there are only 50/60 governments in big countries, he remarked that hundreds of governments were born in Nepal with wrong intentions.
He remarked that the country was being hollowed out as there were 761 governments in Nepal, reservation for the ruling class in Nepal, partial revenue distribution in Nepal and granting citizenship to people who have already acquired citizenship of other countries.
“Nepal has a three-tier government that is unparalleled in the world. There are 761 governments in Nepal making fun of federalism. There are dozens of constitutional bodies in Nepal alone. Nepal has reservations for the ruling class which has nothing in the world. Barely biased revenue distribution is only in Nepal. Only in Nepal is citizenship granted to a person who has already obtained citizenship of another country. The system that has been imposed in a completely unscientific manner by combining all the systems of the world has failed. ” Former Minister Sah said, “Overall, political drama is being staged in the country today due to many such provisions imposed in the current Khichdi constitution. And the failure of this system is confirmed by the existing turmoil in the country. Therefore, if we want to make the country prosperous and stable, we have to look for alternatives to the current system. ”
Former Minister Prabhu Sah, while promulgating the constitution from the Constituent Assembly, went into the struggle without signing the constitution saying that it could do good for the country. Since then, he has been urging the people to seek alternatives to the current system and a messy constitution.
The Siraha District Committee of the IT Army has been formed under the coordination of Dipendra Mahato.
