Tel Aviv/Tehran – Israel and the United States have reportedly launched a large-scale military offensive against Iran, targeting key government and security installations.

According to multiple reports, Israeli forces struck several high-profile Iranian government buildings, including the Iranian presidential complex and the headquarters of Iran’s intelligence agency. Significant missile strikes were reported across the country, with heavy smoke seen rising from multiple locations in the capital, Tehran.

Sources indicate that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, is not currently in Tehran and has reportedly been moved to a secure location as a precautionary measure.

Israel has named the military operation “Shield of Judah.” The offensive is said to involve extensive missile deployments aimed at strategic targets. Reports also suggest that strikes have taken place in the city of Qom, a key religious and political center.

The United States confirmed that its military operations inside Iran are ongoing, signaling coordinated action between Washington and Tel Aviv.

Following the attacks, Israel declared a nationwide state of alert. Citizens have been instructed to remain indoors, schools have been closed, and air-raid sirens have been sounding across the country as a precaution against possible retaliation.

In response to the escalating conflict, Iraq has also been placed on high alert and has closed its airspace amid fears of spillover from the rapidly intensifying confrontation.

The dramatic escalation has raised concerns of a broader regional war, with international observers warning that continued hostilities could destabilize the Middle East and beyond.
