Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan ward no. 9 Sanjiv Yadav of Saketnagar complained. He said that he did not pay any attention to the complaints made to the institute.

Meanwhile, Shirish Raj Bhandari, chief of the Drinking Water Corporation Janakpur, said that there was a problem as tap pipes were cut in some places while constructing the road. He said that the taps were cut and dirty water was mixed in the road due to lack of coordination by the concerned bodies.
He said that the leaking pipe would be repaired soon to prevent contaminated water from flowing into the tap.
