Krishnanagar. Traders of Krishnanagar Bazaar have been affected due to non-opening of the main trade gateway.

The Krishnanagar border crossing has been suffering for the past two years due to the corona infection. The entry of small private Indian vehicles into the market has also had a positive impact on business, but the number of people coming to shop in the Krishnanagar market in their private vehicles has decreased as the checkpoint has been closed for the past two years.
