Kathmandu. Students of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Prachanda-Madhav Nepal have attacked the statue of Prime Minister KP Oli.
Students of ANUSAVU, who had gathered in front of Narayanhiti Museum in Kathmandu on Monday, made a statue of Prime Minister Oli and attacked his shoes.
Calling Oli a symbol of ‘regression’, the students have made idols and thrown shoes at them.

The students, led by Ranjit Tamangal, co-coordinator of UNHCR, chanted slogans against the idol of Oli.
Coordinator Tamang said that Oli had made a puppet and attacked the shoes as the steps including dissolution of the House of Representatives were regressive.

After the dissolution of the House of Representatives on December 20, the CPN-Prachanda-Madhav group, Nepali Congress and Janata Samajwadi Party have been agitating against Prime Minister Oli demanding the restoration of the parliament.
