State 2: 160 million irregularities in the Ministry of Social Development in the ‘setting’ of Minister Sah’s son Sumit

Kathmandu. It has been revealed that crores of irregularities have taken place in the Ministry of Social Development of Province 2. It has been revealed that Social Development Minister Nawal Kishor Sah, who has been notorious for corruption since the establishment of the state government, has done more than Rs 160 million illegally in the fiscal year 2076/07.

In the 58th report made public by the Auditor General recently, the Ministry of Social Development has declared Rs.

According to the report, the Ministry of Social Development has disbursed Rs. 119.38 million.

However, the report states that 81.32 million rupees was spent against the process in the setting of Social Development Minister Sah.

Out of the amount, Rs 36.872 million is an advance of one year from the Ministry of Social Development, according to the Auditor General. There is an advance of Rs. 14.5 million on behalf of seven organizations and committees under the ministry.

According to the Auditor General’s report, the one-year advance of the Ministry of Social Development is Rs. 51.39 million. There is a legal provision to complete the work according to the purpose for which the advance has been given. The Auditor General has asked to recover the overdue advance from the audit as per the rules.

Social Development Minister Sah and his son Sumit Sah have been swayed by the Sudi Commission’s conspiracy to spend the budget in an irregular manner. Corruption in the budget of the Ministry of Social Development is not a new phenomenon. Even before this, the incidents of Minister Sah and his son’s commission have been made public. The Auditor General’s report has brought out the root causes of corruption and expenditure in this ministry.

Corruption in every purchase in the name of coron control

According to the income and expenditure statement of the Carona Virus Infection Prevention, Control and Treatment Fund for the Fiscal Year 2076/77, the amount was Rs. 250 million from the Ministry of Social Development and Rs. Is Out of that, 185.48 million has been spent. The report states that 104.28 million is in reserve.

It has been found that Rs. 85 lakh 77 thousand spent from the fund has been transferred to the Ministry and Rs. 72 lakh to various accounts. 160 million to the State Health Supply Management Center Janakpur, Middle East Pratna Headquarters Bardibas, Bhim Dal Gana Saptari, VP Memorial Polytechnic Institute, Health Office Rautahat and 10 other hospitals 9.74 million has been disbursed. It has been revealed that the ministry has so far kept secret whether the amount was spent by the concerned body or not.

Irregularities in grants

With Rajendra Mahato left to save the post of minister just to commit irregularities

Rajendra Mahato, a leader from the then Rashtriya Janata Party Nepal (RJP), became the Minister for Social Development. Later, after the unification of the Federal Socialist Forum and the Rajpa, he was in the hands of Rajendra Mahato. However, he was openly in favor of Upendra saying that he would lose his ministerial post after a dispute broke out in the party. As Sah is an executive member of Jaspa, Upendra Yadav has saved his ministerial post with him for party officiality.
